I was struggling to find a way to import my Windows software RAID0 partition into a Debian based GNU/Linux distribution. I had tried several different methods before finally finding a solution that worked.
We'll be using the tool
ldmtool for this.
ldmtool is described as "A tool to manage Microsoft Windows dynamic disks". Here's how to use it:
First, Download the tool.
sudo apt-get install ldmtool
ldmtool import your Microsoft Windows software RAID partition.
sudo ldmtool create all
Your RAID0 partition should automatically be imported and available to use in your file-system! By default, it will be mounted at /media/$username
